Missing Carrier Request - Step by Step Guide (Agents)

Step 1: From your account dashboard, or, any page with the '+' icon as shown below, you can click and select ‘New Carrier request' from the dropdown list of actions available for your account.   


Step 2: You may select the request type by clicking the relevant circle (shown below).


Step 3: You may then complete the section by selecting the carrier from the list shown below, the upline, and the respective products for which you can input your writing number/s. 



Step 4: Once completed, you may select, ‘Add carrier’. Steps 3-4 can be repeated to add multiple missing carriers.



Step 5: Click ‘Send Request’. 



Step 6 (Bonus): You  may also navigate to the ‘Requests’ Tab on the sidebar to view the status of their requests. The view should be similar to the one below.
