Agents that wish to convert their Individual profile to a business account may now complete a request to do the process. To begin, you will need
to request access to the request type from your admin. Once enabled, the request can be completed as follows:
Phase 1:
1. Once you sign in to your account, you may click the '+' icon to access the request dropdown menu. Once accessed, please select 'Business Conversion'.
2. Once selected, you will see a disclaimer. Please note that once your account is converted, your individual profile will no longer be accessible. Also, if you have any pending requests on HCMS or NLC, those will need to be addressed before proceeding. In this case, you may contact the corporate team.
3. Also, you will need to recontract with the carriers on your individual account when converted. You may use the 'Download' option to ensure that you retain the writing numbers and required information.
Once you click 'proceed', the request will be created, and a link to complete the process will be sent to you.
Phase 2: Onboarding
After receiving the link, you will be required to ensure that the information provided in the step is correct, and, if not, you will be given the opportunity to manually correct it. This step is similar to your original onboarding process.

4. Verify NPN data
5. OTP
6: SSN
7: FEIN
After these steps, you will be shown the full form with your information where you may correct as required. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email through which you may sign in to your new account.
