Managing a Missing Carrier Request - Admins
When an agent/producer submits a missing carrier request, it will need to be approved by the agency admin. To do this, admins may follow similar steps as with other previously available requests.
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Requests' tab and select 'Awaiting my Approval'.
Step 2: Enter the agent's name and any additional filters as required using the options as shown below, then, click search.
Step 3: From the populated list, select the agent. The page should then display their profile information, as well as the carrier details (shown below). You may approve/reject & confirm.
It is also best practice to notify the agent once this is completed. However, if any issues are experienced, please submit a ticket to our support team.
