Log into your HCMS account
Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen
Click "View profile"
4. Scroll down to the Upline and Downline sections for both Contracting Hierarchy and Production Hierarchy

HCMS does not allow information to be used across multiple accounts, therefore you are not able to save a new admin account. If you are wanting to create a new account, the agent or admin would need to use a different phone number and email address.Account/Profile Information - Change Business Name
