If NPN validation has been completed, you cannot edit your profile information. If details of an account need to be changed, you should go to your NIPR account and make the necessary changes.
Once you have updated the information, please contact [corporate] so we can sync the NIPR data to show correctly in HCMS.
HCMS does not allow information to be used across multiple accounts, therefore you are not able to save a new admin account. If you are wanting to create a new account, the agent or admin would need to use a different phone number and email address.
