Onboarding Issues - Re-inviting an Agent who Already Completed Onboarding
When an agent completes the HCMS Onboarding, they cannot Onboard again, as they already have an account in the HCMS system with their information.
In this situation, we can either delete the agent from the system, in which they can complete Onboarding again or we can switch their agency, if they are supposed to be in a different one.
