Login Issues - Can’t Access HCMS Account Because of a Pop Up
Since your NLC Onboarding is not yet complete, your HCMS account remains inaccessible.
To gain access, you will need to finish the two required steps shown in the onboarding pop-up:
NPN Validation – Confirming your National Producer Number (NPN) to verify your licensing credentials.
Creating an Account in NLC – Registering and setting up your profile in the NLC system.
Once both steps are successfully completed, your HCMS account will be activated and available for use.
