As a way to improve filtering, we have made a number of modifications to the filtering of requests for better results. Firstly, the sub-tab labeled 'Awaiting my Action' on the sidebar has been removed. Instead, users may now create and save their own filter preferences on the 'Requests' tab.
At first glance, you will see a large number of requests on your sidebar.
This figure represents the total number of requests that have been received. In order to apply a filter, you may click visit the 'Requests' page, and select the 'Filter' option.
This will populate a dropdown of the various filters available.
With these options, you can set and save the filters as required. For example, if you wish to have a filtered view similar to the previous ' Awaiting my action' view, you may set the action status to 'Pending my action'.
You may also set the Request type to 'All', or, to the request type preferred, i.e. Contract Change, Other New Carrier etc., then click 'Save Filter'. If you are having any issues adjusting these settings, we recommend clearing your browser cache and trying again. If not, you may submit a ticket.
